Marvel's presence at this year's WonderCon has been large and Marvel's head of television, Jeph Loeb, let the cat out of the bag on one particular anti-hero who could be coming to television sooner than later.

Deadpool.

"I can't tell you but there are certainly plans out there to see what that would look like," Loeb said when asked about a possible cartoon series starring The Merc With the Mouth.

Obviously Deadpool is not a character for children, unless Marvel dilutes the character and we hope this is not the case, but chances are a Deadpool cartoon series would be catered toward a mature audience.

With Deadpool being a very popular character in the Marvel Universe, make sure to check back with SuperHero Authority often for future updates.
